Hampton Inn & Suites Hopkinsville

The Location was perfect. The room was very clean, the bathroom was great with a walk-in shower. You can tell that the rooms have been recently remodeled. The breakfast in the morning was very good with someone always looking over the food to make sure everything was fresh and hot. The front desk employees - Heather and Darren were great! I also got a few texts during my stay to see if there's anything they could do for me. That was very special touch!

I was traveling until 230a EST. I had spoken to the hotel as well as changed the reservation to one day earlier through Bookings.com. The Bookings.com rep said he talked to the hotel and I was cleared for a late arrival. However, when I arrived at 130a CST, the booking was cancelled. I had been driving from 9a-230a EST so I am GRATEFUL for Richard! He was able to reinstate my reservation and I was able to sleep in a bed for a few hours before heading home.

Our family gathered for a funeral. That evening we met in the lobby to eat pizza. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The family was able to gather, feed the kids and the adults while the adults were able to talk and share memories.

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. The staff greeted each time we entered and exited the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Elvin made us feel welcomed. He was friendly and extremely helpful. It was clean, quiet and comfortable!
